Role-playing allows participants to practice real-life scenarios at work in a safe and interactive environment, while receiving constructive feedback and guidance.  This can involve scripted scenarios or improvisation exercises that encourage active participation, creativity, empathy, and problem-solving.

Duration & Flow

1 to 2 days, including:


• A detailed
pre-program briefing to establish and manage expectations (half day).


• A
full day of engaging role-playing activities related to the selected training topics/areas.


• A comprehensive
debriefing session after the program for exchanging observations and providing constructive feedback (half day).


• Additional
follow-up training sessions to improve skills in identified areas of concern.


Who are the training participants?
  • They can be high-potential talents within the firm.


  • Individuals in challenging and critical roles.


  • New hires in the firm who are undergoing a steep learning curve.


  • Newly promoted managers adjusting to their new roles, etc.


Who are the actors?

Ideally, we believe that having your leadership team or management team take on the actor roles is the best and most effective approach.


This way, your leadership team can directly interact with your employees and gain a firsthand understanding of how they navigate their daily work challenges. They can also provide constructive feedback, guidance, and offer live demonstrations or illustrations when appropriate.

 

Alternatively, if desired, we can also arrange for AI Simulators real time, or professional actors (at an additional cost) to participate in the role-playing activities, providing another option for your consideration.


Designing Role Play Activity Content

The role-play activity content is tailored to your chosen training topic or area of interest.  Or it can address common scenarios, situations, challenges that frequently occur within your firm that require attention.


During the program planning, our team will thoroughly understand and discuss your selected training areas as the foundation for designing the role-play activity content.
