MTT was founded by Tracy Tam (TT), a professional accountant with over 15 years of experience in recruitment and corporate training. Her passion for meaningful, engaging learning inspired her to create MTT—a venture close to her heart.


For Tracy, MTT symbolizes family. Combining her son Matthew's name and her husband's surname, Ma, it represents their love and unity. MTT also stands for "More Than Training," reflecting her vision to elevate training beyond the ordinary.


Tracy reimagined training after witnessing participants attend sessions out of obligation, counting down the minutes. She believes true change requires genuine customization and engagement. Drawing on her diverse background, she crafted programs that resonate with participants’ motivations and challenges, creating a space where people feel valued and inspired.


Through fun, interactive activities and meaningful discussions, Tracy ensures the training is relevant, informative, and enjoyable. When individuals connect the material to their own experiences, it fosters ownership and a genuine desire to learn.
